Delete your Celorbix account
This page covers the Celorbix apps, including Celorbix Macros. Deleting your account can't be undone.
How to do it
On this website
- Open Account.
- Choose Delete my account and confirm.
In the app
- Open Settings.
- Choose Your data.
- Choose Delete my account and confirm.
If you can't sign in
Contact us through the Help and feedback screen in the app (an email address opens with the launch). We'll need to confirm the account is yours before deleting it.
What's deleted
- Your account, sign-in details and settings.
- Your diary: meals, foods you added, numbers you entered, goals, and their photos and recordings.
- What you shared with professionals, and your conversations and plans with them.
- If you're a professional: your profile, credentials and documents, and your plan library.
- Your community name, posts, comments and reactions, and comments others left under your posts.
- Your feedback and our replies.
What's only on your phone, like blood sugar and blood pressure, goes when you delete the account in the app or remove the app.
What's kept, and for how long
- Backups: encrypted backups, used only to recover from a failure, can hold your data for up to 35 days. Most copies go within 8 days.
- A bare id: your account's id, with nothing else about you, so that if a backup is ever restored, your account is removed again.
- A refund's record: if a subscription was refunded, a one-way hash of its App Store transaction id and the refund's dates, so a copy of that purchase can't buy Pro on a new account.
- Reports you made about a post stay for the moderators, without your name or note. A group you own passes to its next moderator or member, or closes if nobody is left.
Your subscription
Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription bought through Apple. Cancel it in your App Store account settings too.
